[Characteristics] * Magnesite consists of cubic crystals with uniform particle diameters and has a sharp particle size distribution. * Magnesite is pure anhydrous Magnesium carbonate. As it has no crystal water it has excellent heat stability and is stable up to about 500C. * Magnesite is a heavy powder with low specific surface area and the powder has excellent flowability. * Magnesite has a low specific gravity and has a relatively high heat conductivity for inorganic material. Magnesite can be used as a heat conductive filler. * As magnesite is a soft crystal, abrasion of molds etc. is low when using it as a filler.
